subject: Messages To All

The one thing that amazes me sometimes, is people will address a message to
All, but it clearly is a message that was a reply to what someone wrote or
deals with a particular individual.

When a message is addressed to ALL, it is inferred that the contents of
said message is of interest to all in concert with the echoes purpose.

However the messages I refer to are making a individual the topic.

This is not the "insert name here" echo!

If you want to post these messages, then properly address them to the individual.

While how you address a message does not change the fact that everyone can
read them, "all" carries a different connotation.

Do not make a individual the main topic of discussion.

Want a loop hole around this, address your messages to the individual.
