Probably.  The only feedback I've seen on it is from Beta testors
in the Win95 forum.  The current (Jan 98) issue of PC World has 
an interesting review of IE 4.0 using terms like "problem child" 
and "bug fest."  I think I'll pass on that one for awhile.
