Hi, I just purchased a new Supra SuraSonic 336V+ and I have been having 
all the same problems that most of you have been having.  My carrier just
seems to drop randomly while I'm on the web.
    I did have rom version 10 (which caused the problem.  ROM 12 didn't 
help... But Supra says to try ROM version 9 from their ftp site in the 
historical Rom area.  It appears to work, but the new BETA 16 Rom update
in the whats new area from supra's web page also works really well (aleast 
or
me).  I've had it running for 3 days and I've donwloaded over 40 meg from the
web without one carrier drop.
    I hope this helps out all of you out there that were pulling your hair 
ut
trying to solve this problem.
