Yes I have experience with them.  I own a Hayes Accura 28.8 Fax modem.
And the offer is.  Any Hayes Accura/Optima 28.8/33.6 modem can be traded
in for a Hayes 56k modem, for free.  You must have a 28.8 or 33.6
though.  I've never heard of an offer from them about any trade-ins on
14.4 modems.  And the other thing is you must have WWW access to get the
deal.  You have to go to their WWW site, and get the info there.
