CH> -> CH> -> CH> -> CH> -> CH> -> Even just passing text, you are placing yourself and your system CH> at CH> -> CH> risk. I CH> -> CH> -> would not do it, unless you can keep a very good criminal defense CH> lawyer CH> -> CH> on CH> -> CH> -> retainer, as do the commercial porno websites. CH> -> CH> -> CH> ...sort of like the disclaimer on the wall of a New York parking CH> garage: CH> -> CH> -> CH> "Not responsible for damage to your vehicle". CH> -> CH> -> CH> Meaningless words. CH> -> CH> -> Many times people are taken in by those disclaimers and don't really CH> check CH> -> them out. If it discourages people from taking action for wrongful CH> acts, then CH> -> they've done their job, even though they have no legal force or effect. CH> -> CH> -> However, such a disclaimer has little effect on the Feds who know CH> better.:-) CH> Isn't it interesting, however, that people will read something like that CH> on a sign.....assume it is true......and never try to enforce their rights CH> or even ask an attorney about it? :) The power of the printed word has a very strong effect. Most people don't realize that pre-printed contracts are still open to negotiation. The rules of construction give least weight to pre-printed material. Then comes typewritten overwriting, and the material with strongest weight is handwriting. If there's any ambiguity it is construed against the drafter of the ambiguous material, since they were the ones who had the best chance of saying what they meant. --- þ MM 1.1 #0381 þ You're schizophrenic?
