Our net, 387, gets theirs via a gateway, established with texas.net.  You 
could send mail to George Brann (the new gateway person) or Doug Palmer,(the 
old one) and get the particulars from them as to how it is done.

Thanks... I haven't heard anything from James about his thoughts on 
integrating (after all it's his echo, and I only co-moderate).  But for a 
while, he was considering doing it via his website.
