I'm very sorry, they certainy weren't supposed to go here.  I think
this is something you should take up with Noah.  He keeps insisting
on inserting/deleting new newsgroups/echoes to his message base, but
then he changes the area numbers so replies from packets with the
previous numbering scheme end up going to the wrong area under the
new scheme when the replies get uploaded.  Of course, he adjusts our
online area request lists so we are mostly unaware that our replies
have been misdirected.  My replies in the Evolution echo ended up in
the Europe Newsgroup!
Although I'm running Personal Netware here, I just selected this group
this evening to do some research and see what some of the effects of
his "activites" are.  I sent his a couple long messages this evening
trying to explain the consequences.  I don't know whether I'll suceed.
