It's been a long time but .... I assume you are using your SCSI
for the drives so the drivers should be loaded.  Beyond that I
believe you have to load "TAPDV ABOVE 16" (can't remember exact
name) for Arcserve to recognize it.  Make sure you get 5.01g
or you'll have nothing but problems.
