When Stephen Walsh posts the Commodore Free Magazine in this echo,
He uses the Dragon's Lair BBS   bbs.vk3heg.net  to send it out on FIDO.

Hope this helps.

I'm not sure if Stephen is the SysOp of the Dragon's Lair BBS, but
whoever is the SysOp would sure help You learn to use it to send
messages in the CBM echo.
