nlupdate for windows have to be make a update of, why it for time to time
not like to run under windows 7 and special on win7 64bit system, it just
come with it first not is a windows known program and the author not is
know.
The when on win-7 64bit tayping yes to run it do nothing nodelist opdate
and is been skipped.
