Hi Im looking for some NTSC Vic-20 chips I know of The Computer Bargain store
hes really expensive these days.
This Vic-20 when powered up takes longer to display its Rom message, then
i can see random colors on the screen border.

I cleaned the contacts on the keyboard contacts but havent tried it again
since.

The power source is a good beefy one and it works fine with my other C64's.

Im wondering if this is a failing chip or component?
