Agreed, you're preaching to the choir here on this one.  When we saw this
going on (we see it listed on the production schedule), we all were
scratching our heads.  This one got way ahead of upper management who might
have put the brakes on it.

In this case, all the expenses and costs go against the artists royalties,
BUT, it's still cash out to make the CD's, etc.  That's hard cash you don't
get back.

It's part of the upbeat positive "energy" you try to generate.
Unfortunately, if JQP isn't motivated to go purchase (and the only way they
really know about the release, is to spend $$$'s to let them know it's
coming out), then it's a bust.

It's almost the same odds as roulette wheel.
