TTBOMK, there is no one who can legitimately register BW  

The latest (and last) is BW 2.30

BW can create QWK packets.  Dale Ship has a fix for the date problems 
because of Y2K.  

I may have a solution if you message bases are Fido, Squish or JAM   

However, Richard Backus  may have a more elegant posibility...
