Nah Gartner have been coming out with crap like this for ever. A while back
it was that Linux on the server was going to be threatened by OSX &
that that fight would only be over a small % of the server market left by
Windows.
In many ways this is positive as it shows that the server position is now
safe & the desktop is next hence the gartner piece.
