Are you talking about Qpro for Dos or Qpro for Win3.1??

You could try adding Qpro.exe and/or NTVDM.EXE to the applications and or
class tabs in katmouse settings.  I don't know if that will help or not.

You could also try emailing the author for help.  The program is still
being updated in 2006 so you should be able to get a response. 
katmouse{at}web.de is the email address for feedback and questions given on
the settings dialog.

Sorry I can't be more help.  I haven't had any problems with it not working
for me, but I don't run Qpro and the only win3.1 app I use doesn't need
scrolling help.  I love this utility already because I love being able to
scroll a window with the wheel that is not the window on top with focus,
and it makes Ecco Pro win32 scroll properly with the wheel when before
katmouse it didn't scroll at all.
