Joe will be running again this weekend in the Busch race in Las Vegas, but
he just got in the field by the skin of his teeth.  Quals for the Busch
series were rained out today, so the starting field was set based on each
drivers standing last year and this.  He got enough points last week in
Rockingham to get him the 43rd spot in a 43 car race.
