My perception is that your letter expresses extreme anger, even rage, at
how you were treated in the incidents you described.  My experience is
that anger usually insights more anger and hostility.  I wonder if perhaps
you could have accomplished your purpose more effectively by writing a
letter that expresses the same degree of honesty, frankness, and
conviction--but less anger.
