This is the final part of husky build environment for win32. In theory all
one need to do to get full set of fresh binaries now is to get sources, run
win32.bat in huskybse/win32 and run nmake in root directory of Husky
project.
Nothing of this new way to build Husky with msvc compilers is quite
perfect, but I've done much to make it as simple procedure as possible.
