subject: Maximus port for Linux

I want to first stay that it looks like the nightly CVS work
on maximus for Linux is comming along nicely. While I still am righ
tnow running Synchronet I see that the old mite of sqafix was resolved
at everything seems to compile up to this point:

Where are the references RAISE_DTR and LOWER_DTR supposed to be
defined? whats the solution to this error?
It certainly has shown that work has been progressing in
porting this package, because max is not compiled yet I can't use the
software yet, I hope to give it a go someday.
