I would prefer to challenge that ... English is probably the easiest language
except for people from South-East Asia.
 
Last October my then 7yr old granddaughter did all the talking when passing US
immigration in Boston. She speaks a mean kind of english mostly because she
watches english-language TV-programmes in the original version. Not dubbed.
