It was really easy, just google for "make your own ring tones"
and the program should show up. Then all you need is a cable to connect
your phone to your computer. It probably took me about 3 hours to find
everything and figure it out once I bought a usb/phone cable.

Each phone is a little different so it depends on what you have.
