Some of us do have an axe to grind.

Most are neutral because they've never used anything but Windows..  Most OS/2 
users, on the other hand, have used Windows or DOS at one time or another, 
and are able to make comparisons.

Most OSes that fully utilize system resources tend to be flaky on 
sub-standard hardware..  The solution?  Don't use sub-standard hardware.  :>
