I know all about this - I've been dealing with it since 1986 on my board.
:-) No matter how many messages an echo generates daily, or how many
messages you or I decide to limit that echo, both our systems should
eventually receive all the messages of that echo. Obviously, when we receive
them depends on what hubs send us the echo, and the path they take to reach
our respective systems.
I wanted to know if Internet groups are the same - if I enter a message in
rec.ponds via my server (news.min.net), will it eventually wind up in
rec.ponds on the news server you access? *adh*
