         Again... I get 28k8 or 33k6 connects to my ISP
         all the time... thats NOT the problem....
         The problem is the Transfer speeds...
         The actual thruput is below 10k often times.
         I just downloaded some of todays mail.
         A BIG bundle at 1.6k cps.
         And thats NOT the slowest Ive seen. Its the
         INTERNET thats slowing me down.. and a X2
         connect cant help that.
         It could be my ISP is throttling.. so Im
         going to change ISPs.
         And I will let you know hahahahahahaha
