Am doing some experimenting using ppp.exe from the command line which seems 
to work just fine except for one (IMHO) annoying thing............upon 
executing ppp.exe, it takes 30 seconds before it actually starts processing 
the call.  Is there anyway around this delay?  Thanks...........:-)
PS.........my copy of ppp.exe is dated 04/30/96.
