        Its probably a 1) corrup tfile or 2) zero byte file

        For corrupt files not much you can do but delete them.
        Usually from a bad download.

        A zeor byte file will cause the loop as well sometimes.

        A RT100 is a Disk Read error which means likely again
        its a corrupted file.
