We were JA> just talking about 'retro hardware' the other night... I was talking with Drew and Ed about that. When I got my pc in the mid-90s (a used 286) I gave all my Commie stuff to a former co-worker. Then realised I had a lot of stuff on 5" floppies I had neglected to print out. I also found an old 1541 disc drive I had stored away, but don't know why. Or if it even works. Over the years I've tried to find people who would be willing to let me know what was on those floppies and print off what I wanted. (I was willing to pay them time and costs). Nothing ever came of it. Then Drew mentioned some Commie thing in Cincinnati in April and I thought that would be a good way to find out what I need to know.
