Not sure if this is the kind of thing you're after but this is taken from the 
program SqTools:
                BeginFilter "Automatically reply to help requests"
                    Scan      robot.requests
                    Include   To Exact "SqTool robot 2:320/222.7"
                    Include   And Subject "help"
                    ReplyWith "e:\PreparedMessages\RobotHelp.Txt"
                EndFilter
If I remember correctly (but it's been a real long time since I read the docs 
in any detail) Squish also has this kind of feature (but I could be totally 
wrong on this point).
