You should look up information on Netware Connect (if you only want to 
connect individual remote machines) or Multiprotocol Router (if you want to 
connect remote branch LANs).
Novell's web pages offer some guidance on selecting WAN hardware. For 2 
dial-up modems you could probably use a serial card with 2 16550 UARTS on it.
