When the HDD had more than 2gb (I think) of free space I did get similar numbers coming up. My solution having an uptodate ish fixpak installed was to reduce free HDD space to below 2gb (where 1k = 1024) and this got rid of this and other problems that some programs refused to run because of free space limits below 500mb.
