Funny you wrote here today, I were wondering to ask you about something.
This afternoon I had my RC to test how maximus and btxe works together, I
used 'BBS Exit' to run the BBS, BTXE did exit and maximus did start, but it
looks like the carrier was droped.

Later I found out in the starting rutine of maximus, I did put on hardware
handshake and so on, I wonder if this should drop DTR?

My point is 'BBS Exit' in BT working correctly? Or should I use BBS Spawn,
if I should would you mind giving me some instructions?

You need to tell me if you got a common.c in comdll/ ? I suggest that you
should delete the current respotery /root/max2/maximus, and do a new checkout.

LOWER_DTR and RAISE_DTR is functions which is defined in common.c, and it
should call ModemRaiseDTR or ModemLowerDTR.

Yes MEX works too, telnet works pretty good, I still have some problems,
but I'll solve it, and best of all modem comm io works in waiting for
caller mode, but yet not in "mailer mode", I mean so it's called
by a frontend mailer like Binkley.
