I've sent you a netmail reply, but there's a bug in 4.02 that

deserves a more public airing.



With lots of files open and minimized, its Windoze IDE gets some

funny ideas about where a restored window should go on the screen.

Sometimes it will appear ok. Sometimes it's displaced to the top

left so far that its title bar is invisible, making it impossible

to move with the mouse. Sometimes it turns up invisible, displaced

so far that none of it appears on the screen (I went hunting for one

of those one night, and found it several *metres* off to the lower

right).



I don't know if 4.0 has this problem. I'm getting it now, with a

project that has 16 source files open. I don't know if the 4.5

upgrade fixes it. One day I'll find the time to ring their tech

support (their bbs went off the air months ago, they're available

only through internet and compuserve now. Grumble.)
