Yes! That is by far the easiest way. Though it's not too hard to
declare the areas in timed.cfg if you want, say, more than the echotag
 as the description.
DC> Wrte/reply to a mesage in TimEd, Go to the SQUISH directory and run
DC> SQUISH OUT[enter], followed by SQUISH SQUASH[enter].
 No need for that!
Timed uses errorlevel exits and you can make a batch file to capture
them and run Squish as needed, i.e. only if you actually have outgoing
 mail to toss.
 Here's mine:
 ----cut timed.bat----
@echo off
CD D:\timed
timed.exe
if errorlevel 8 goto exit
if errorlevel 7 goto echomail
if errorlevel 6 goto echomail
if errorlevel 5 goto netmail
if errorlevel 4 goto exit
if errorlevel 3 goto echomail
if errorlevel 2 goto echomail
if errorlevel 1 goto netmail
if errorlevel 0 goto exit
:echomail
CD D:\Squish
Squish Out Squash -fd:\max\echotoss.log
CD D:\Max
del echotoss.log
scanbld all
Goto exit
:netmail
CD D:\squish
Squish Squash
CD D:\Max
scanbld all
goto exit

:exit
 ----cut----
This batch file can also be used as a function key exit from Binkley.
Just call your mailer's batch file after the :exit.
It also works fine as an icon under Win95, which is how I use it. :)
 Hope this helps!
