Both of the above suggestions would be great but since Explorer runs the 
dialer after Explorer loads, I'm not sure if either of these would work.  To 
top it off I can't find under "Properties" the actual command that loads the 
dialer.  Until I installed Explorer, I never saw the dialer that is now being 
used.  So I'm assuming that the dialer is something that Explorer installed 
on the system and using the configuration that I had defined in my "Dial-Up 
Networking" configuration under "My Computer".

I've never done this before.  Where can I find instructions on how to do 
this? I suppose the key is defined in the Config.Sys file.
