subject: Cheap Batteries

BL> Sorry to hear of your experience with no-name cellular batteries.
BL> yes the original equipment ones are usually the best.
Original equipment batteries are usually very good, but bear in mind
that cellular manufacturers buy their batteries from battery makers --
they don't have their own factories. Often, the batteries sold by
reputable third party accessory companies are made by the same companies
that make the original equipment batteries. I've found, from working at
two different cellular phone sales companies and lots of customer
feedback, that ANY name-brand battery is usually pretty good, and most
off-brand or no-brand batteries are pretty bad.
