Malcolm, at 15:32 on Sat, Feb 25 1995, you wrote to Bill Grimsley ... BG> Since installing 2.3 alpha, I now find that most (but not BG> all) messages are indicated as being linked to themselves. If so, this problem is MM> caused by changes made between Squish 1.01 and Squish 1.11. Not here it didn't. I've been using Squish 1.10 since its release (haven't bothered with 1.11 yet), and I've never had that problem at all until using Paul's 32-bit version of MsgEdSq/2. In fact, Paul has actually found the problem in the source code, and has since recompiled a new executable which now works rather well (the bugs in my next message notwithstanding). |-) MM> Does MsgEd use Scott Dudley's MSGAPI? If it does, then maybe all that is MM> needed is to compile with the new MSGAPI code. My initial thoughts too, but I've since found out that MsgEd's MSGAPI routines are all internal, and Scott's MSGAPI.DLL is not used at all.
