Not here it didn't. I've been using Squish 1.10 since its release (haven't
bothered with 1.11 yet), and I've never had that problem at all until using
Paul's 32-bit version of MsgEdSq/2. In fact, Paul has actually found the
problem in the source code, and has since recompiled a new executable which
now works rather well (the bugs in my next message notwithstanding). |-)

My initial thoughts too, but I've since found out that MsgEd's MSGAPI
routines are all internal, and Scott's MSGAPI.DLL is not used at all.
