Yes, but thats very much like the old story about the media, you look
at how something you thoroughly understand appears in the media, its
a million miles from what you know to be the situation. Makes you
wonder about whether all the other stuff they cover is just as mangled.

Books are no different. The classic example fo that is how SQL is
usually covered, largely missing the point utterly on what its about,
particularly on PCs.
