2 main ways are Boot Camp from Apple, which is a boot time decision to run
either OSX or Windows XP Sp2, or Parallels Desktop, which is a virtualization
scheme, that runs other Intel OS's inside OSX. It's not just limited to
Windows, it will run Windows, Linux, Novell, Dos, OS/2, etc. Check out
Parallels, it's a nice alternative.
Just announced, is VMWare for OSX I believe, that if I recall what I read, will
allow drag/drop of folders between the two desktops for data interchange.
The new Parallels now supports USB2 in the virtual machines, as well.
