Got back a form-letter email so far due to the holiday.  I think the PUC
would be very interested to learn about this...

The thing is, there are multiple wireless networks within a few blocks of
my house.  (For awhile I was freeloading on one of them, before they
secured it.)  Hard to believe all those folks would be on cable...
