Hello everybody.

Could anyone help me with these two questions if not one the other will work 
i guess:

1. How can i make quotas work on a ReiserFS partition?

If that's not possible:

2. How can i change a ReiserFS part to ext2 or ext3?

I'm really in trouble and in a hurry here as the partition i need to support 
quotas is a partition for mail and o need some restrictions there.
