 How are you doing local logons that's different from caller logons?
 My guess is, you're completely unloading Bink for local logons
 (equivalent of a BBS Batch handoff) while callers are getting
 BBS Spawn -which tries to run both Bink and Max at the same time.
 I made the mistake of using Spawn once -and had exactly the same
 low memory problem.  Max loaded but *nothing* worked.
 Changing to BBS Batch fixed it right up. 
 The other programs (allfix, etc) probably run as part of your
 regular batch file... and probably have no effect either way.
 Depends on how you call them.
