In ZTerm 1.01, I choose Settings, Connection, Data Rate, 230400. Then I set
S95=60, so my CPS meter reports 115%, rather than 13%. I do not use (or
need) any other Comm software on my Mac, and only a few V.34 modems support
230,400. (Those who have 'tweaked' V.42bis for 8 to 1 compression) The Mac
uses the Zilog 8530 SSC for serial, not the National Semiconductor 16650AFN,
the best UART chip for PC's.
