Greetings,

I purchased a Sportster Flash 33,600 external modem in Europe and am
having trouble installing it in the US on my PC. Are modems made in
Europe able to be used in the States? I have a transformer that
converts American current into what's specified on the European
transformer that came with the modem so the power is not an issue. I
can't get my computer to "see" the modem for some reason but at this
point I would like to know if there is any difference between European
modems and domestic ones. I couldn't find this modem on the website and

I also checked out the Eopean web pages.

Thanks in advance for your help.

George

PS I am using my older Sportster 28800 to send this message in case you

were wondering.
