I agree; the $15-20 DSL here in NYC (~384/129) just doesn't satisfy, once
you've seen Paree.

Does Covad offer alternate service in Ellen's neighborhood, I wonder?  I've
had good luck with them in a couple of cases where the local first carrier
can't install - (lampost sub-POP, different CO for the equipment, etc. made
the difference.)
