i still fail to see how UUID would cause problems based on that...

i think that is one of the thoughts behind it... i would consider to copy the
original to a ^aRUUID: line for reply linking, too...

other than VIA is netmail, not echomail, they are close certainly but not the
same... there may be more than one ^aVIA line in netmail and they are all
placed at the end of the message with new ones being added to the bottom of the
list...
