I omit the drive letter because I am always changing hardware and want to 
make all configuration work no matter what drive letter it ends up on.  The 
drive letter is only used in the main cmd file.  I agree that path 
information is important, not using a path is a huge security whole. 
The problem I had was in the parameters, I changed them and now it is fine.
