Hmm.... Well, you might want to try running zmodem through an external
protocol and see if that clears things up.  D/l any shareware or
freeware zmodem external protocol and see if that works.  That has been
the only fix offered for the errors that occur in the internal zmodem.
 
On another note make sure you have the latest roms for your modem as
that also could be causing a small conflict.
