You should actually just be able to type in only the "hobbes.nmsu.edu" bit to 
have it work correctly.  I gave you a bit of a bum steer on the www part 
though as I am just used to typing in "hobbes.nmsu.edu" and away it 
goes.............sorry about that!  :-)
