I still think that Ayoob's "gravest extreme" should go with every CCW or
first time gun purchase. I can't afford his classes, I might be keen to
go to Thunder Ranch some winter, but I still think he gives the best
advice in terms of legal and civil protection, without compromising one's
safety. S&W's training classes, some of which have been chartered here
at GAT guns in Illinois, spend a lot of time on legalities. I'm planning
on signing up if I can ever get in.
