You do know, it's the sincerest form of flattery when someone
mentions your post to their SO in order to get some
validation. :-)

I said the above because previously I had said such things
along the line as "my current girlfriend" and someone pointed
out that it came across as less than committed.  As it turns
out, she was right at the time.
